The schools open on the day of arrival from around 2:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the premises must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

FOOD SERVICES
While we try to cater to different dietary requirements, please note that we have very limited Vegan options.
Participants staying in schools receive breakfast directly at their accommodation..
Exception: teams housed in Kandlgasse have breakfast in the Wiener Stadthalle (approx. 7 minutes walking distance).
At the tournament center, a diverse food court with five stalls awaits you. It offers:
– Regular, vegetarian, and vegan meals
– Meal vouchers for tournament pass holders with catering included
Food to eat on-site or to take away (e.g., for a picnic in the park)
Special meals (allergies, religious requirements, etc.) are only available by pre-order via email – no later than 3 weeks before the start of the tournament..
If a team cannot make it to the Wiener Stadthalle (tournament center) for lunch or dinner due to its game schedule, the team official can order lunch packages at the tournament office the day before:
Pickup:
• Lunch package: during breakfast at the school
• Dinner package: midday at the infopointContents:
• Lunch: 2 bread rolls, fruit, water, cold cuts, cheese
• Dinner: cold bowl that does not need to be heated
