    Accomodation


    By selecting „Yes“ you acknowledge that you will be accommodated in classrooms in schools chosen by the tournament office. All necessary equipment like mats, sleeping bags, blankets or pillows have to be brought by you. A basic breakfast will be delivered to every school each morning. You agree to leave your classroom in the same condition that you received it. You accept that you are personally liable for any pollution or damage during your stay. The tournament office reserves the right to deduct any costs for additional cleaning or any repair or maintenance work from your referee fees. If you prefer to sleep in the same school as some of your colleagues or together with a group and/or in a certain area of Vienna, you may indicate that in the free text field, however we cannot guarantee to comply with any special wishes.

    Dear Referee!

    The team of the Basketball Wien Easter Tournament is already in the middle of the planning and preparation phase for the tournament in 2026.

    The tournament will be held in Vienna from 30 March – 04 April.

    We are looking for motivated officials to join our refereeing team.

    The online registration for referees will be open from 1 - 15 December 2025 HERE on this website. All applicants registering in this time window will be notified by 31 December 2025 if they have been selected to join the Basketball Wien Easter Tournament refereeing group of 2026.

    If it will be necessary due to the final number of participating teams, we will open a second application window later in early 2026, and we will re-activate the link to the official online registration form here on this website.

    Please DO NOT try

    • to register the same person multiple times

    • to register whole groups of referees

    • or to submit informal registrations by e-mail.

    We are unable to process this kind of correspondence.

    Dear Referee!

    Das Team des Basketball Wien Osterturniers befindet sich bereits mitten in der Planungs- und Vorbereitungsphase für das Turnier 2026.

    Das Turnier findet vom 30. März bis 4. April 2026 in Wien statt.

    Die Online-Anmeldung für Schiedsrichter:innen war vom 1. bis 15. Dezember 2025 geöffnet und ist derzeit geschlossen. Alle Bewerber:innen, die sich innerhalb dieses Zeitraums registriert haben, werden bis spätestens December 31, 2025 darüber informiert, ob sie für die Schiedsrichtergruppe des Basketball Wien Osterturniers 2026 ausgewählt wurden – viele haben diese Information bereits erhalten.

    Sollte es aufgrund der endgültigen Anzahl der teilnehmenden Teams notwendig sein, werden wir im Februar 2026 ein zweites Bewerbungsfenster öffnen und den Link zum offiziellen Online-Anmeldeformular auf dieser Website erneut aktivieren.

    Bitte haben Sie Verständnis dafür, dass wir in der Zwischenzeit keinerlei Schiedsrichterbewerbungen per E-Mail annehmen können. Vielen Dank!
