ENTRY FEE
The entry fee covers the costs for halls, referees, table officials, etc., and must be paid per team registration. If a team participates in multiple age groups, the specified amount is due for each registration.
If a team withdraws after December 31, 2025 , the entry fee is forfeited.

The tournament pass is intended for players, coaches, accompanying staff, as well as parents and fans who wish to use the tournament services.
Depending on the selected type, the tournament pass includes the following services:

Booking is only possible through the respective club as part of the team registration . Individual bookings cannot be accepted.

Important Deadlines
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
December 31, 2025
or as soon as an age group is fully booked
ENTRY FEE PAYMENT
No later than 14 days after receiving the registration confirmation. After a single payment reminder, teams that have not paid on time will be removed from the tournament.
TORUNAMENT PASSES PAYMENT
By March 15, 2026 via bank transfer. If payment hasn’t been received by then, the full amount must be paid in cash at check-in.
STORNIERUNGS-BEDINGUNGEN
If payment is not received on time, the registration will be considered canceled and the team will be removed from the competition. If a team withdraws after December 31, 2025 , the entry fee is forfeited.
